New restaurant tests are activated every Monday at 10.00 am. New hotel tests are always activated on the first Monday of the month. All tests are assigned according to the "first come - first serve" principle. So be quick and log in every Monday at 10 am.

Restaurant-Test: The test must be performed within the specified test period according to the conditions from the test guide (read before the test!) You are very welcome to bring friends and acquaintances to the test. There is a limit for each test. The limit is the amount up to which a proportional reimbursement of the entertainment costs is possible. Any entertainment costs exceeding this limit are not a problem, but cannot be taken into account for the refund. Each test is designed so that you can test starter, main course, dessert and drinks in a restaurant test with 2 persons. For a restaurant-test we will refund up to 75% of the invoice amount. The respective reimbursement rate is always listed in the test announcement.

Hotel test: The test period as well as the test contents must be adhered to. Every hotel has different requirements. The hotel guide explains exactly which ones they are. You must read them carefully before taking the test. We refund up to 75% of the invoice amount for a hotel test.

Restaurant-Test: It takes about 30 minutes to fill out the test report. It is a mixture of multiple choice and open questions. Among other things, the following are to be evaluated: reservation, ambience, cleanliness, service, food & beverages and overall impression. After completing the test report you will receive the refund form.

Hotel test: It takes about 60 minutes to fill in the test report. It is a mixture of multiple choice and open questions. The questions to be evaluated include reservation, check-in, room, room service, wellness area, food, check-out. After completing the test report you will receive the refund form.

For test locations within Germany:
You must send the original invoice (catering receipt in the restaurant) together with the refund form by post to TESTANDO. We will transfer the expenses to your specified bank account within 10 working days after checking the invoice.

For test locations outside of Germany:
You will need to upload a photo or scan of the invoice when you submit your test. We will transfer the fee to your specified bank account within 10 working days after checking the invoice.
